Description

Full time permanent position, must have high school diploma, college/university an asset. Must have either call center, receptionist, or sales experience. Must be confident on the phone. Must be familiar with: Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Mozilla Firefox. Other programs such as Adobe Acrobat and Outlook an asset. Confidence required! Answering calls, dealing with current and prospective clients, making full notes on every inbound or outbound call, fulfilling incoming orders for product, put together spreadsheets of monthly sale reports, etc. Pay starts at $11/hour, plus opportunities for commission. The office is located in Nepean, and would be Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, with some occasional overtime. You must have some security clearance, and be comfortable talking to medical professionals on a regular basis. Familiarity with basic medical terminology an asset, but not required.
